Offline Messages

Here you can see history of all messages left by your website visitors when their request wasn't answered by any of the operators.

  1. Switch to Offline Messages tab.
  2. Click date and time column to open detailed view.
  3. If you operate multiple websites use this dropdown to select for which one data should be shown.
