Settings - Blocked IPs

Here you can block IP addresses of offensive visitors from starting Live Chat sessions with your agents.

  1. Click here to add new Blocked IP address.
  2. Enter IP address and click SUBMIT to block it.
  3. To unblock click IP address on the list.
